I work over nights.. I am typically awake at noon every day and up till 7 am the next day.. on work nights.. I nap during the later part of the day so I do get some rest.. my problem is this.. i do ok controling my food during the day but once I get to work.. I suddlenly seem ravenous and want to eat everything in site.. while I do know I need to eat during my 8 hour shift and I am working on bringing healthy food.. I would also like some tips on exercises I could do at work during my aloted 30 min break.. I do work nights and my break is around 3am.. I am not going outside alone and jogging or anything... so any indoor quick effective exercises would be greatly appreciated..

you can develop a routine: jumping jacks, squats, wall sits, alternating lunges, jumping lunges, frog jumps, calf raises, some bicycle abs, other kind of abs, etc. You don't need much space for that and you can make it as intense as you want.
  • When I worked nights I would do tae chi during my break. It actually gave me more energy to get through the night.
