I just started the 30 day shred two weeks ago. I honestly haven't lost any weight, but I have lost inches and have more energy that I have in a while. I love it because it is only 25 minutes long and most days that is all I can spare for time.

Sounds like you are on the right track. I definitely think you can lose the weight by summer!! I am also trying to drop at least 2 pant sizes by June. Good luck to you!!

Thanks for all the responses everyone. I didn't get my workout in tonight because I had to take my son to urgent care to get stitches. I am actually under my calorie count today, but I will try harder tomorrow.
