Level 3 of the 30 Day Shred?
Hi everyone! I was wondering who here has done level 3 of the 30DS? I did level 1 for a week, level 2 for two weeks and I am going to attempt level 3 tonight. Level 2 was very difficult at first, but it has gotten easier for me as time has gone on. Just wondering what I am in for tonight. HA HA!!
