my trainer recommended me to have an apple or banana and pnut butter before our 5:30am boot camp training. it's fast, easy and really fills you up. i tend to get nauseated if i eat a lot before i work out.

I enjoy the Isopure whey protein shakes (not juices). Gnc has it & it's recommended for pre & post weight loss surgery. I use it with Hood calorie/carb countdown milk in the green/white carton.
