I made the almond and chia energy bites today and they were lovely. I only made half the recipe and mine made 16 balls instead of 10 so must be smaller than hers. Swimming sounds good but unfortunately I have labyrinthitis at the moment as well so can't do much because of the dizziness!

Well I did order a DVD called Tai chi for arthritis. I'm enjoying that but not got very far with it. I've also been doing a few Wii fit exercises but I can't do them for very long and have to skip stuff like the jogging. I don't know how long I will be out of action for. I was advised to put it as circuit training which for me worked out at 203 cals for 20 mins. not long finished shred and got a heart rate monitor just after. did level 3 as a test and burnt 230 cals. it was a bit more than 20 mins so that was pretty accurate for me. good luck with it!

I agree with cheryl. 1000 cals isnt enough. try sticking with the target amount recommended by mfp. it will never recommend less than 1200 net cals to you.

im on day 19. I do it every day and although I class myself as really unfit I can now do most of level 2. I would say stick with it and dont stress if you cant do it all. its amazing how fast you progress if you do it every day! good luck with it and feel free to add me if you like.
