I don't wear anything but proper running shoes with orthodics so the footwear isn't an issue. If I have to dress up it's very sensible show or boot with no restriction. I see the common thread is that there is no real relief without surgery so I am guessing that will be what I will plan on after summer. How is the…

I looked at your diary and can tell you exactly what the issues are. But as you stated you prefer to eat "real food" If you want to see serious changes you might want to consider changing that up.
-
Great job!!! Keep it up girl it's obviously working for you!!!
-
I highly doubt you have tried a quality expensive bra with what you have described. I am an H cup and my $200 specialty bras lift, seperate and hold everything in place like no ones business. What high quality expensive brand have you tried??? The only one that works for me is Ulla.

Albertan here!!! Anyone can feel free to add me :)

You can still do it no problem, many of us have it just involved eating clean and exercising consistantly.
-
You cannot spot reduce the weight melts off where it melts off. That said a clean diet and a wheat free diet can make a huge difference in both the appearance of the stomach area and reducing bodyfat overall.
-
I recommend researching eating clean. It has led to my success. I had a plateau for 8 months, I was losing inches but the scale would not budge. I got rid of processed foods, sugar and wheat and the weight started to melt off. If you want results give it a try for at least a month and see what happens.

Open your diary. It is the only way those of us that are successful can answer your questions correctly.
-
What are you eating. It might not the the calories holding you back so much as the types of foods your are eating.
-
The magic formula is not how much you eat so much as what you eat and exercise and lots of it. If you let me know what you eat in a typical day I can give you some pointers on what's worked for me!!
-
My question back to you is "what are you eating" What you eat plays a much larger role in weightloss than the actual calories you consume.

I used to tell myself I was happy with who I was but in retrospect I sure was not....I made poor choices in all aspects of my life not just in diet and exercise as a result. Now nearly 80lbs lighter I am so much more confident in who I am and don't need validation from those around me as I did before. I have learned that I…

My trainer told me that as you get more conditioned you have to work harder to get it into a higher zone and keep it there longer.
-
Great job!!!
-
I do it anyhow...to me the workout you least want to do is the one you need the most. I always feel better and thank myself for it after!!! Be thankful you don't work with a male trainer like I do who watches your every move...now that really takes the old tom and icky feelings to a whole other level!!!
-
Agreed totally! I wish they would do more "real life" success stories as those are the ones we can relate to and be motivated by!!!

First of all I know I am only human and I will still have days where I binge...it is life and it is going to happen. I don't beat myself up over it, I forget it when my head hits the pillow that night and start fresh. For me I cannot keep my weaknesses in the house. Late at night when I get bored and lonely is when I…

I recommend 5 small meals a day. Make sure you have protein with every meal. Your carbs should be on the lower end and come from fruits and veggies and only 2-3 whole grain selections a day. It will take about a week or two for your body to adjust to this way of eating but it you do it and stick to it combined with getting…

If you want to shake it up try more protein and way less carbs in your diet for a couple weeks and see how your body responds....
-
Mine is simple, I cut out processed foods, sugar and wheat...then I hired a personal trainer. He has gotten me amazing results :)
-
If anyone wants, feel free to add me or message me privately and I will share my food lists and the plan I have used. Again it's not for everyone, but I don't mind sharing :)
-
If you are willing to experiment to see how your body responds you can try what I posted to another in your thread. If it is something you can try for 2 weeks and see what happens then go from there. You may like the results. You can slowly re-introduce certain foods you love and see how your body handles them. I know it's…

My trainer has me on a very strict diet, it's not for everyone but it gets me results that I can live with and I am prepared to do it for a lifetime. I eat clean, no processed foods (with the exception of my International Delight in my coffee in the morning) no sugar, no wheat, and no red meat. She has me consuming 135g of…

Great job!!! Be proud and keep it up!!!

Are you open to changing up your diet for possible success. I work with a trainer that trains girls for bikini and fitness competitions. She put me on the right track for diet success along with exercise, it's not easy but it had worked wonders....30 lbs in 10 weeks!
-
I drive through Calgary often...does that count?
-
I don't trust the mfp calculations. I eat back half and it works for me :)
-
Good job!!! Keep it up :)

Yay....I finally posted something that got more than one response!!!
