I just started working out with a trainer and love it but find my energy level tends to be low by the end of the hour I spend with him. Ok, I went to fat to fit and it says with my stats I should be eating 2209 calories. My confusion is do I still need to eat back exercise calories over and above the 2209 or have they already been taken into account.

What works for you when fighting PMS and hormones monthly
