Do you have a hard time with veggies?

If you are like me and have a hard time getting them down due to numerous issues I just wanted to share that I found a new way to get 2 more servings in a day.

I put 2 cups of spinach with my fruit and protein powder in the blender in the mornings. Yes it has a funny green colour (just drink it from a dark coloured plastic glass) but you can't taste it in there!

Anyhow, just thought I'd share!

    Thanks for the tip. I also find blending veges into ready made soup is a good way to sneak them in. Making your own soup is of course better, but if you're not the cooking type then this works well.
