Ok, I went to fat to fit and it says with my stats I should be eating 2209 calories. My confusion is do I still need to eat back exercise calories over and above the 2209 or have they already been taken into account.

    They've taken it into account.

No, you would only eat the 2209.

Thanks, now to add to my question. To get that number on mfp I reset my goals and added my exercise. Are my numbers still in line for fat, sugar and sodium consumption? I'm not worried about protein as I've already been consistently eating half my weight in protein and unless my doctor is incorrect there is no such thing as too much fibre.

Well, the site figures your amounts automatically. It is based on government recommendations for nutrtition.

But you canchange any of them you want at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_custom

No need to change then, I just didn't know if they adjusted correctly or not. Thanks again for your response.
