First of all I'd like to thank everyone for shariing so much useful information here.
I recently plateaued after nearly 5 months of 1200 calories a day and 2 hours of exercise. I managed to lose 60 lbs. Anyhow, I am now working on this method and already feeling much better.
My question is when I get my daily calories by calculating my TDEE - 15%, how many calories can I burn with exercise? Can I continue my current level of burning approx 500 calories exercising?

From what I've read you have to stay above your BMR. So whatever your calories are minus the exercise calories still needs to be above your BMR. So if your BMR is 1600 and you eat 2000 calories, but you burned 500, it would be 2,000 - 500 = 1500. You'd still need to eat another 100 calories to hit your BMR mark. Otherwise you're still not eating enough.0
