  • You look great! We have almost the same stats - I'm 5'7, my starting weight was 226 and I'm now down 60lbs, AND 170 was my goal weight. You look so so so good!
  • I like to end my day (and start my day) with a bowl of greek yoghurt and granola if I'm too far under calories. I could eat my weight in that!   • I injured my back in 2007 and was given the same advice as you. I piled on a good amount of weight and then decided to just do what I could. Walking has been my main source of weight loss. You're doing amazingly, you're dedication is inspiring!
