I always count it as water consumed. I Gave up soda and caffeine a while ago, so now its just mio and crystal light. Mio is convenient to use when eating out at restaurants. I've been stocking up on mio this week at target. They have a deal where you get a $5 gift card when you buy 3 mio's. They are great. but expensive.
