Its scheduled for me. M-W-F at 9am I joined with a friend and we decided that if one of us cancels a day then they have to put $5 in a jar. It holds us both accountable and its nice to have a gym buddy.

I havent noticed yet at 27lbs lost. I guess it all depends on how you carry your weight and where you are losing it. Taking monthly measurements should help.

I am currently eating a tuna lettuce wrap with a side of cauliflower/broccoli/carrots and 1Tbsp of Ranch dressing.

I would also love an invite :) I am 5' 9 with a SW of 283 and a CW of 255. My GW is 195. I was 175 about 10 yrs ago in my early 20's and wouldnt want to be much smaller than that. I see that I should weight anywhere from 129-170lbs Where do they come up with these figures?? lol

Exactly! I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease about 2 weeks ago. In just 10 days of gluten free clean eating I feel 75% better. I am sure it will only get better as time goes by :)

Purchase the book Wheat Belly, it will change the way you think. I do not think this is a fad by any means, just because we can eat it, doesnt mean we should.

I like celery with a Tablespoon of peanut butter or low cal Cheeze Whiz. I also eat lots of Watermelon, especially when I am craving sweets :)

I also ordered it on Amazon. I got Jillian Michaels beginners Front and Back Dvd too. I figure I will start with both of those for 30 days and then jump into the 30 day shred. Good luck to every one on their 30 Day burn!!

I also have PCOS. Been dealing with it for 15 yrs now. I also had my thyroid removed 2 mths ago due to thyroid cancer so it isnt helping with my weight loss journey but I am still trucking along, lol. Any bit of weight loss is a celebration, it just might take me a bit longer than most :)
