I am almost finished with the second phase. I needed to lose about 10 lbs (I'm around 5'8, 124 lbs now). The first month I ate at 1200 most of the time and didn't eat anything back but I stalled for 2 weeks. I raised my calories by 100 or 200 a week (I'm at 1900 now and don't eat back exercise cals) and I'm at my goal…

The first circuit on 7 is horrible! I have to do 7 one more time, I'm so ready to see what's next!

I am halfway through it and started with about 5-10 lbs to lose as well and have lost 7 of them. I think it's great.

I'm about halfway through body revolution and I love it. I recently started adding in Turbo Fire for cardio but I went through the first phase without it and I still lost 5 or 6 lbs. I am 5'7 and 125 lbs so I didn't have much to lose, but it's great.

I had this problem on a third floor apartment with creaky, wood floors. I bought a $20 puzzle mat off of amazon and it helped some.

Body revolution has it broken down kind of like that. Front of the body, back of the body then cardio each 2 times a week.

I am finishing Phase 1 tomorrow and I lost 5 lbs. I only had about 10 to lose total and some of my eating days were not perfect (probably about 3 or 4 days that I drank a few too many calories).

I am doing it and love it! I am almost done with week 3 and its a lot harder than the first two weeks. Definitely keeps you challenged!

Finished the first 2 weeks, not following her diet plan but staying at 1200 cals, and I lost 5.2 lbs which is halfway to goal for me. I love this program. Workout 3 today was hard!
