I just started eating a whole grain bread. It's actually very good. I will eat it in moderation. I think that's the key - moderation and appropriate portion control.

That's a really tough spot you're in. This happened to my girlfriend 10 years ago as well. She discovered he was doing this on a daily basis. I believe it is an addiction that will not get better and maybe even get worse. Onlly you can determine what's right for you and what you are willing to accept in your relationship.…

I would like to join in. I just joined February and my goal is 6 lbs lost and increased exercise in the month of May. I think working with a buddy would be highly motivating.:smile:
