  • I typically try to stay under, even if it's JUST under. I was told to look at my calorie goal like a daily budget. Maybe because I'm a saver, I like to have a little something left over at the end of the day! :) However, I can't vouch for results, because I'm just finishing up my second week using MFP.

  • I'm trying them for the benefit of added fiber, and I like that they have omega-3's! so far I've put them in oatmeal, where it just has kind of a poppy-seed texture, and mixed some into my drink (gatorade today), which was a little weird. Just having a seedy texture in my drink was odd, but I actually did seem to have that…
  • Flax and Chia are both sources of fiber, and I know chia has omega-3's in it too!
  • I've just purchased both ground flax seed and chia seeds. I'm excited about trying them, but also unsure of how to best use them!
