unfortuntly i havent planned my dinner. i work late tonight. i still have a good amount of calories left for today, i want to use them wisly for something healthy and delicious
so what is everyone else having?

Homemade black bean burgers, roasted potatoes, and salad.0

Chicken kabobs:
- 3 oz chicken breast marinated in ginger, garlic, and a bit of gluten-free soy sauce
- zucchini
- tiny (and I mean tiny) potatoes
- Canned pineapple
Parboiled rice - Kinda neat texture if you're not familiar with it
Peas and pearl onions.
It was either going to be that or a huge salad with
- chopped up Jerk Chicken
- green apples
- cucumbers
- shredded carrots
- other veggies
and maybe some cheese.
The chicken kabobs won.0 -
Chicken with some BBQ sauce and corn...but I'm still 500 calories short so I'm looking for another quick fix "dinner" lol0

homemade zuchinni soup (super low cal and yum) and noodles and cottage cheese- a comfort food from childhood.0

8oz leab ground beef
mixed with half a cup diced tomatos
half a cup pasta sauce
a half cup of chopped broccoli
half a cup of rice
spicy mrs dash seasoning
black pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
italian mrs dash
tablespoon of sour cream and a pinch of sharp cheddar.
Absolutely amazing. A HUGE bowl of food too.0 -

I made a ham steak, baked potatoes and fresh string beans............aaaaand then I made a batch of caramel marshmallow popcorn for my boys and got into it. oops.0

Spicy lentils and rice with some shredded smoked turkey. Still waiting for the lentils to cook but the house smells awesome.0

Veggie skillet with an egg and cheese on top...basically made my own version of a Denny's skillet. And Frozen yogurt!0

Mine was certainly not too appetizing. 1 can of Campbell's Light Soup, 17 Premium saltine minis, and for dessert-Luigi's Italian Ice (sugarfree).Total 250 calories! Now I just know that everyone of you want to copy my dinner! LOL:bigsmile:0

Baked chicken breast (smothered in Chipolte peppers) with PepperJack cheese, steamed broccoli and cauliflower and a bit of Honeydew for dessert.0

BBQ Chicken Sandwiches with a vegetable (yet to be determined)...
I put chicken in the Crock-Pot with some BBQ sauce and then shred it and serve on a bun. Yum!0 -
Either a nice plump roasted organic chicken and salad or some fresh and rather pricey Tasmanian Salmon with salad (farmed but hey, you can't have everything).
It's grocery shopping day so all things are subject to change.0 -

Baked tilapi fillet with lemon wedge, basmati rice (plain) & 1/4 cup corn0

I had honey mustard pork chops, fresh baby carrots, and beets and beet greens, was yummy0

making a burger stuffed with feta and red onion. sides are 1/4 a pita pocket with garlic butter and a mixed green salad with french vinaigrette. dessert will be raspberries0

I had a turkey cheeseburger and half a green pepper filled with cottage cheese. Yum!0

Well, since I forgot groceries bought during lunch in the fridge at work, back up was taco salads. Baby spinach with seasoned ground chicken, rotel tomatoes, little bit of avocado and cheese with a couple crunched up tortilla chips. Kids even gobbled theirs up with the spinach!0

I've been saving my calories today for a nice enchilada dinner.
2 corn tortillas, Monterrey jack cheese, and a few ounces of shredded chicken breast. Yummy!0 -
