If you use the vanilla almond milk instead of regular milk it gives it a little more flavor without adding to many calories.

I think they would be a blast and an intense workout. I wish I lived somewhere they offered these classes. Sure at first it may be uncomforatable (as I have never spent time on a pole) but once you get it it would be fun and everyone is there for the same reason. I say if you like it and it works for you GO FOR IT!
