I don't love the taste but I can tolerate it and I do really well with weight loss when I do low carb/high fat.

Just wanted to comment that I have found from experience that a cup of magic bullet coffee does the trick within 60 minutes. 8 oz hot coffee, 1 T kerrygold butter, 1T coconut oil, blend with an immersion blender until frothy, enjoy.

Visit was good, on Phen for another 3 months. I was a little concerned- she said typically the first 3 months are your greatest weight loss, and to estimate cutting that in half for the next 3 months. That's hard to believe because I still have plenty to lose. I hope to prove that stat wrong!

I have this issue too. I know I'm not getting enough fiber-- I just started taking Viva Labs Organic Psyllium Husk, 500mg, (3) capsules 2x/day. I haven't been taking them long enough to tell you if they are working, but it seems like they are.

I've been the same for about 6 days now, can't make sense of it but I know my eating is on track (if not too little). I do low carb/high fat and some days I know I am not getting enough healthy fats in. I am hoping the scale moves soon!

I just refilled my 3rd month, so I will be seeing my dr. mid-June. My bp is better than ever and i have obviously lost weight, so I am hopeful we continue. I have taken several days off so I'm not really concerned about taking a break but I'd rather just keep going and get this done. :-)
