The real answer for real people: do whatever you can do and enjoy consistently and whatever works for you. Forget the magic bullet. If you like HIT go for it. If you like walking the dog, great. Just get up and get going.

Great, welcome to the group, we are just a couple of people that have had some challenges sticking with it and have plateaued. I've been on MFP for about a year, and achieved alot, but haven't made any progress in a couple of weeks. I'm hoping to jump start by March 25th!

Yes you can! 10 pounds of raw spinach is less than 1,000 calories; 10 pounds steamed is probably close to 1200. As a side benefit, you may turn green and mutate into a cross between popeye and the incredible hulk.

You can eat as much spinach as you want. And egg whites. And watermelon. Really, as much as you want. Enjoy!
