Power Blocks and other Adjustable Dumbells
Does anyone have any experience with adjustable dumbells? Love 'em or hate 'em? I have a full set of 5's to 60's, and they take up alot of room. I was thinking about downsizing to the powerblocks or something like that to save space and clutter. Any comments? Your input appreciated.

I hope everyone is entering EVERYTHING and getting 20 minutes of exercise EVERY DAY. Yesterday I went for a quick walk because we are traveling for the holiday and I did not have time for the gym. If you force yourself to enter all the chocolate easter eggs - you will probably eat fewer of them! Happy Holidays!

Enter EVERYTHING. Even the tic-tacs. Create a new habit. Forcing yourself to record everything over easter weekend might help keep the chocolate rabbits away...

Hi Everyone - 19 more days of doing our absolute best to log EVERYTHING and get at least a 20 minute walk in every day. Every time I do this I learn something about where my hidden calories are, and it helps me get things under control. Have a great day!

Fat Anchor on News
MFP has been incredibly empowering for me. But it has also made me less sympathetic to people who say they "can't" lose weight, and are playing victim or enabler, like the news anchor we've been hearing about. Anyone else changing their outlook?
