If you like chocolate I would allow yourself a piece or two from a chocolate bar a cpl times a week. That way you never want to go crazy and over indulge. It helps me to do it that way.

I sometimes get wierd pains from jogging. I havent jogged in a while however. I would guess that you 'shocked' your body by doing so much more than what you are used to. Maybe slow down if you are going to go that long.
