  • Just cook it like any other green. I use a deep skillet or even a wok. A bit of broth to help steam. Seasonings can be to your taste. I like garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and onions in mine. Use low salt broth or it will be too salty.
  • I never do. The whole point is to burn more than you consume. However, I think if you use them in therory it will keep you even and you won't gain. I think....
  • Just keep working. Don't pay too much attention to the scale. If you know you eat well and workout hard, then stick with it. The big thing is not to quit. Keep going and keep pushing yourself and you will reach your goals.
  • I've been sick twice in a month since starting this new diet/workout program. It's killing me! The first time I workout sick and I lost my voice and had to miss work. This time I will take it easy and just stick to my diet.
  • Only covered in chocolate.
  • The food has been eaten and not by me! Thanks to all for the words of encouragement!
  • Workout when you want! I use the mornings because I have a empty stomach and feel so much better during the day! I don't think it matters as long as you do it.
  • You all crack me up! Thanks for the replies. I have some 100 cal. snacks if I am about to break. I'm still full from my protein shake and banana after my workout so that helps.
  • Now there are over 10 people around me eating!
  • I try not to focus on the results as much as the work put in. If you can sit down at the end of each day and honestly say that you did everything you could to improve then you are doing great! Keep going and the results will show!
  • They put the food at the table next to my desk. It's all good! I'm stronger than some sweets. If they bring in nachos I'm leaving!
  • You will always find critics of all products. If the product works for you then use it. I think the one I use is yummy, lots of protein vs calories, and has probiotics. On the downside it cost more and if I can't find it on sale it cost too much.
  • gaspari nutrition myofusion is my favorite by far. I have tried a few and this taste better and mixes easy. Not the cheapest but you can find it on sale if you look and you get what you pay for.
  • Other people's opinon = who cares! I have been called fat and I say "really, you figure that out all by yourself?" Laugh and walk away. I don't give another thought about it. The people that know you and what you do, know you're not lazy and most likely they are the ones that you care about. The rest of them just ignore.
  • Hello! I have 100 pounds to loose. Sadly I've done it before and I am doing it again. Its a long road but I wish I had this site the 1st time. It makes keeping track of everything much easier.
  • ASICS! Go to their site and find which one fits you best and go buy some! Thank me later.
  • All I know is when I had blood drawn the nurse said "you drink a lot of water", and I asked why and she said good veins. So I think it helps to drink water.
  • Come up with a good comeback. "No I don't starve myself, I loose weight by running from the cops."
  • Seems to me like it's just calories to count. I learned quickly if you cut yourself off from everything you love it will drive you crazy.
  • Wow! I didn't expect such a response. Thank you. I don't fall into the temptations. One of the main reasons is I am not much of a sweets fan. They start bring in nacho's then I'm in trouble.
  • Hit like a man, get hit like a man. I'm all about equality. A slap is fine but, if anyone hits you with a closed fist like a boxer then you have to defend yourself. Alot of women aren't "dainty little flowers" and can throw down with most men. I've met plenty of women I wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley. You ever seen…
  • I agree to put the alarm clock on the other side of the room. It's too tempting to reach over and just turn it off.
