Have you been to a doctor to make sure your body is not throwing up warning signs of a more serious issue? And btw "starvation mode" is a load of crap. That study was based on men who had less than 6% body fat.

Eat something and try to do something new on your workouts. Challenge yourself. I started this "prison" workout where you only use body weight instead of going to the gym and it is a killer.

I like Gaspari myofusion probiotic strawberry & cream, with some clear fiber supplement and crystal light strawberry energy for my morning caffeine fix.

Start by buying small containers! A lot of them are nasty and you don't want a 5 pound jar of it. I use Gaspari nutrition pro-biotics. I don't put fruit in mine but it is drinkable and fits my needs.

How many times in your life will you get to eat more and it helps! I learned the hard way but it is true. I was eating about 1500 cals a day and got better results when I went to 2000 cals a day. Of course I am 6'3 and 300+ Lbs. so those numbers maybe high for your needs. :smile:

I agree with the "me time" idea. I go with my Fiancee sometimes and sometimes not. Either way I have my music going and I'm on my own little island. Working out is for YOUR health, not anybody else.

I use to cook bacon and use the drippings, then add the crispy bacon at the end. Now I don't because I heard from some "experts" bacon isn't good for you.
