I think this would be a great room if someone posted something!!!! I'm pumped for the OU spring game this weekend and my wedding the weekend after that! I got refitted for my tux and dropped 3 jacket sizes in 2 months! What's up with the rest of my Okie's?

I love my job!!!!!
There was jumbo honey buns for breakfast and pasta for lunch! I guess if your too fat to move from your desk you will get more work done. I got a big plate and gave it to a co-worker to take home to her kids. I should get a tax write-off or something.

Fiber ???
I started tracking my fiber intake and it is way low. Like half of where it should be. Everything else is good. Clearly I don't want to add a bunch of cals or carbs. Any suggestions?

Anybody tried/uses CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)?
Thinking about giving it a try and was wondering if anyone has some experience (good or bad) about CLA? I have read a lot and I have come up with a solid idea that yes it is good for you, but it does not have any solid facts. For all I know the people praising it are the people selling it. Thanks!

Everyone at my work is bringing in cookies and dougnuts and bagels! For no reason at all. As if work doesn't suck enough just put 4 trillion yummy calories in my face.

My office=diet killer!
There is not one day that goes by without someone bring in horrible food! Today it was donuts, yesterday it was cake, and so on. I'm strong and will not fold but you think it could be kept in the break room instead of the desk next to mine? Anyone else have this to deal with? As if it's not hard enough.

More Calories=More Weight Loss?
I'm no nutritionist....shocking, huh? I have been eating way under my daily intake in calories. I noticed when I have 1700 calories compared to 1400 the site says "if everyday was like today you would way X amount" the amount of weight lost is more. I eat 5 small meals a day.
