I'm no nutritionist....shocking, huh? I have been eating way under my daily intake in calories. I noticed when I have 1700 calories compared to 1400 the site says "if everyday was like today you would way X amount" the amount of weight lost is more. I eat 5 small meals a day. Around 250-450 calories per meal. Should I follow the site or keep with lower calories?
