Hello, I am 30 . 5'2" I just started so no room to talk. But here we go anyways: 1200 Calories intake. I dont eat my exercise calories. I work out 2-3 times/week 20-30 min. cardio. Total between 60 - 90 min / week. SW : 160 after baby CW 113 GW 109
