Okay thank you for the info. I don't have an appt for a month but also didn't tell them I've had weight loss surgery. I will be a repeat c-section anyways I've had 2 already. I will call my dr tomorrow and let them know about my surgery also.

Mine starts the second I swallow my first bite of food. I will try seeing if my posture affects it or not.

Okay well glad to hear others have it too. It bothers me with the fact it makes my stomach hurt a bit and feel as though it's hungry even though it's not.

I have blackouts in my eyes from low blood pressure/dehydration. I have never had an issue with my blood pressure before I always ran normal 120/70, now it's low 90 over low 50 because of being dehydrated. This all started aftwr my surgery 6 months ago. They told me to start getting my fluids and vitamins in regularly or…

I also wat a 1oz protein or fruit snack between meals. I'm 6 months out ans have lose 65 lbs so far. I'm also never hungry which is a good thing for…

Honestly I have to make myself eat. I'm 6 months post op and since surgery I don't ever get hungry. The only thing that makes me want to eat is the smell of food lol. I eat 3 meals a day and have a fruit or protein snack between meals.

I'm 5 ft & 153lbs and a size 7/8 currently. Height plays a factor too though. Being taller you will be slimmer than someone the same weight and shorter.

Yes they thinks it's all things combined I haven't been doing correctly. I had an annual at the gyno today and my blood pressure is 92/54 here. Trying to up the fluids and get everything in I'm supposed to.
-
They also did some blood work to check a few things.

Thanks for the info. I have never had high blood pressure in my life even at my heaviest wright between 230's-240 lbs. My blood pressure has always been 120 or lower over 60-70 the highest. I so haven't been on any medications for anything even before surgery. They checked my resting blood pressure today at the surgeons…

Thank you. My start weight was 215 so I've not lost a ton just in the 60ish range (I'm 5 ft tall). I'm eating enough some of the time. Others I'm eating less than I'm allowed like at work because I don't have time there. I just didn't know if this could be related to me not doing what I'm supposed to be doing with my…

I will add the blackouts don't happen everytime I do one of these things, but do happen every day.

Thanks for the tips! I haven't checked my bmr just bmi. I will have to do that.

Okay, I'm really hoping I can do it and lose at least 30 lbs. I do weight lifting and cardiovascular so I think it will pay off hopefully. My weight hasn't stalled yet I have been losing 8-10 lbs monthly every month.
-
Okay, thanks! I'm really hoping to drop another 30 at least. I'm stepping up my exercising so I'm hoping I can make it :) I was about 215 pre-op and 230's-240's ar my heaviest.

I'm 4 months out and I frequently have spinach salad. It makes me full quick so I never eat the portioned size I'm allowes, but instead about half that since I fill up so fast.
