  • Didn't see your post until I already posted my answer. Yes, MFP recommended it based on all that info and my goal of April 2nd. I selected active as my activity level.
  • I'm 5'4 with 10 lbs to lose. I have lost 2 so far (yeah me!). I have my activity level set to active so should I change it to sedentary? That's not true. I have three kids and I'm a nurse.
