Yes, just like that post above, I like my reflection in mirrors and think I look good..... I don't see many flaws at all UNTIL I look at a photograph and BAM!!! Flaw to the head.

I'm actually drooling at the thought of tucking into my Easter Egg.. my hubby went and got it a month ago.. drove miles to get my favourite.. I'm ridiculously excited about it truth be told. Not mad on Cadbury's creme eggs anymore, they hurt my teeth :grumble:

LOL - I thought you were calling me 'Binary Pulsar' as an insult!.. Even looked it up - was puzzled as to why you would call me a 'white dwarf' or a 'neutron star'.. Anyway, she gets your point, all's well that ends well!

I'm aware of the nature of threads, thanks for the clarification though, appreciated. My initial reply on this thread was in answer to the OP. My Second post was simply stating what question I was answering, incase there be a mis-understanding. My response above was letting you know, again, what question I was answering -…

The question was asked by a girl who is not obviously over-weight (either that or her profile is taken at one hell of an angle), she referred to herself as 'thick' and asked what us 'girls' thought about us being thick too... The thread / question posed seems to have gotten lost along the way and people are mixing up…

Shake hands!

The whole theme of the challenge is replicating the book / trilogy called 'The Hunger Games'... what else would you call it? Am interested too, put me down!

Boobs!

I assumed the term 'thick' was in reference to a body shape being bottom heavy (pear) - not being over-weight or carry extra fat. FYI: Miranda Kerr is Pear shape bordering on Hourglass.. if her top half were just one inch bigger, she'd be hourglass. Anyway, yes, I'm fine with being pear, am not fine with carrying the…

Absolutely happy with being bottom heavy.. would just prefer it to be firmer is all  In saying that, sometimes I would like a different shape to get away with a certain outfit or item of clothing but if I had to choose one to stick.. would pick my own shape over another!

Great that there's so many of us.. we could nearly have a buddy system in operation so that nobody gets lost along the way  (only joking).. (well, sorta..) I had cleared out my friends list as it has been a while since I was actively on here anyway.. none of them would remember me I'm sure.. so now my friends…

Ooh.. a well thought out, intellectually stimulating response, well done you! Actually, there's a kiddie activity centre beside my gym, boys and girls play together, there's ball pools, slides etc.. you'd love it!

I really really don't notice the men and couldn't pick any of them out of a line up.. seeing one flex a hairy bicep across the room would do nothing for me. I find it off putting and uncomfortable when there's men in there staring at me though, like seriously dude, f** off. That said, I've noticed a few of the women and…

Well I definitely will be for sure.. maybe Fridays if anyone wants to do the same? (Before the weekend hits.. ) As we all have different goals / time frames.. others might be interested in measuring progress by inches or fitness levels?.. or that pair of skinny jeans in the back of the wardrobe..? I'm good enough…

Loads of us in the same boat!! Great, welcome aboard! Sadyel- I'm planning on having mine gone by the end of April, which is not a long time I know, but I'm really going to push the exercise, eat as clean as I can and drink the water.. but I know it's personal and everyone is so different, I'm sure you know what would suit…

Fantastic!! Great to have people to chat to along the way! I'm also 5'7 and from Ireland.. Bye bye 10lbs.. it's time to go! So day 1 didn't go too bad for me, went slightly above my calorie goal but still in a deficit and did some exercise too - tomorrow will be better again.. need to cut down on the coffee and up…

Can I join you lot? Although I'm also looking to lose a dress size, I'm working very hard on my bum / thighs.. it's where I store ALL my fat and when I lose weight, they just get wobbly'er! Am doing it with strength training / classes / squats.. Maybe we could all have a daily target as a minimum? What do yous think? Like,…

This would be me too - very much a pear shape and when I go below 130, all you can see is shoulder bones and ribs - have been bulking up recently with weights and am at 147.. am starting to cut the fat from today and get down to about 135 - will probably forget about the scales then once I can see some good muscle…

Well it depends on what you'll be doing while you're here - Are you going to be working or is it a holiday? The city centre is your best bet anyway, plenty to do and access to everywhere else :)
