I just started Level II today! It's a killer! Getting awesome results though :) The scales haven't shifted but have lost inches already. I'm really enjoying it and this is someone who hasn't done any exercise for 5+yrs!

Standing next to a skinny friend never helps! lol I wouldn't have picked you to be 100kgs+ but you are what you are so it doesn't really matter. I never realised how big I was until I saw a photo of myself. Good luck on your journey to health :)

1.) Depends on what the database has it listed as 2.) Use a bowl or plate and "zero" or "tare" the scales this deducts the weight of the bowl and takes it back to zero and then add the food.

I never bother to include it and just think of it as bonus calories burnt :)
