peanut butter- i love pb and have a hard time controlling my intake with it, i could eat a whole jar in one night if i wanted to sweets (cookies, cakes, brownies)- umm they're delicious and impossible to stop at one, duh fast food (burgers, fries)- so salty and delicious pizza- my favorite food since i was like ten

when I want a voluminous snack for little calories i make some lightly buttered popcorn :) there's only 20 calories in a cup (might be different for other brands though)

habits i've kicked since living a healthier life eating/exercise wise- -not drinking water daily -skipping breakfast -only using elliptical machines at the gym -occasionally drinking habits i'm trying to kick- -diet soda (doing good with this) -binge eating (ughh -___-)

i'm the same way, i can eat one serving of pb with an apple or toast but give me a spoon and the jar and i could just eat the whole thing. wah!

when I first started going to the gym I actually used to wear some powder and bit of eyeliner, lol! now I'm over that and go completely bare faced, it doesn't make me uncomfortable anymore :)

I make mine with 2 oz. tuna (half the can), 1 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt, salt & pepper to taste, and sometimes chopped cucumbers.
