trying to incorporate healthy fats at dinner time
i've never used oils to cook unless it's low calorie cooking spray, and i'm trying to eat more healthy fats but my downfall is dinner time. i usually have a grilled chicken breast with some carbs and veggies. does anyone have a way to use extra virgin olive oil, like a marinade, to cook chicken? thanks :)

Why am I not losing fat?
I'm 5'5" and 130 pounds, I know I'm not necessarily fat but I would like to shed some extra fat from my thighs and stomach. Too much exercise?
I read on a blog that too much exercise can cause the production of cortisol in the body which makes it hard to lose fat because of the stress on the body. Is it true that too much exercise can be counter-productive?

Calories in 3/4 cup 0% Plain Chobani
3/4 of a cup is 6 oz. so there would be approximately 100 calories, am I correct? Sorry if this is a stupid question but the food database only lists Chobani yogurt by ounces. Thanks!
