The broom thing sounds like great advice to me, any help to get this right is appreciated. The deficit thing I'm still unsure about though, I was thinking maybe not eating back the strength training calories back but continue to eat the cardio back. I guess this will be trail and error for a couple of mths. Thank you…

Thank you BusyLady :) I've heard it maybe just worth just using the bar with no weights till i get my form correct is that right? If it is an olympic bar as they are heavier than standard bars.

Thanks, you guys rock!! :) Right so i eat at a deficit and up my protein. Nervous as hell but also excited to start a new program. You guys have inspried me to take up lifting, i'm feeling pretty confident i can do this. Time will tell right. :)
