Hello I currently looking at setting up a workout station at home. Squat stands or rack, bench, barbell & weights I've found an 6 ft olympic barbell on ebay, it mentions "revolving sleeves" are on the bar. I'm not really sure what this means, could some please explain. Thanks for reading.
