I basically made this list on excel, but put all the little trade rules and schedules on there too. I printed it on cardstock so i can take it with me everywhere and use it as quick reference. I can add, delete or change anything on it anytime i want...I added turkey bacon to my list...as long as my proteins stay under 100…
