I've ate a jar of nutella in two days.. and half a jar of peanut butter in a day. (not the same days lol) but on valentines day I ate a whole heart box of reeses peanut butter cup mini's and I told myself I would never eat chocolate again. Yeah Ive ate a lot of chocolate since then.:P

Day 3 of level one :) Doing good. I love it and also love pop pilates in the evening.

I will be doing ripped in 30 every morning Monday- friday and if I have time on Sundays also. In the evenings, I will be doing an hour of pop pilates, 20 minutes of cardio, and also if there is a new BODYROCK video posted, I will be doing that as well. :)

I just started level two yesterday and it's killer! My back and shoulders definatly can feel it! The cardio is great too just wish there was more cardio..

That cotton balls are full of fiber and low in calories so if you eat them you will be full but lose weight. WOW.
