I had my son in England and we were adviced not to co-sleep ONLY if one of us was a smoker because the toxins can be transfered through skin. Also not to co-sleep if you'd had any alcohol, other than that it was totally acceptable and safe. We co-slept with my son often, he was in our room till he was 5 months old and even…

I don't like the way TIME portraited it. No one feeds their 3 yr old like that. My son is 4 in a few months and we still have loads of cuddle sessions and I could see feeding him still at night. I was ready to stop at 13 months, that's just me. I have friends who have tandem fed and the oldest was 4 1/2 when he naturally…

Can you still get milk in a bag? I haven't seen it since moving back a year and a half ago and I'd forgotten about it until now (I was in England for 8 years mind!)

I'm pretty sure that when you sign up the default is for it to be private. If you don't know you won't change it. I only have my food diary open to friends as it keeps me accountable. I don't think that everyone and their uncle Bob needs to know what I'm eating. That's just me.

I tried running after I had my son and I got this terrible knee pain after 3 weeks. I could hardly walk for 2 weeks after that and it took about 4 weeks for the pain to go away altogether. I was told that because I had a baby my hips, knees and ankles weren't aligned the same as they were before and I would have to change…

Day 2 was way better than day one. No girly pushups for me! I did a total of 17. (Sorry I did them yesterday and now can't remember.) I know I was supposed to do 4 at least on my last set but did 5 instead before I collapsed in a pathetic heap on the floor! LOL!

So yeah...take the test, if you're pregnant have a look in groups for pregnancy. There are a couple I think. You should probably change your settings to maintain rather than lose. If you are pregnant that baby will need those nutrients! Good luck!

Today I withstood the temptation in the kitchen. Someone brought in this divine (looking) black forest cake/gateau and I didn't even have a taste...and now it's all gone!

I did mine yesterday as it works better with my current work out schedule. I'm also using the iphone app so I'm not quite sure if this is right. 2 3 2 2 (one girly) 12 (all girly)

2 real ones. (about 15 or so girl ones though but gonna work the real ones for this!)

They all look great. Remember, Jeans give a bit after wearing them the first time as well. Just make sure you can sit down without your bum hanging out!

I have the same problem as you but I exercise so I can eat a bit more. However...as you are the same height as me and I don't think I'd ever dream of getting down to 120lbs...why don't you do strength training to tone your body giving you the appearance of lower body weight. It's not always about the numbers.

Before I started tracking what I ate I would get home at 5:15 and be absolutely starving hungry. With 30 minutes in the house by myself I would raid the cupboards and eat whatever was easy and normally not so good for me. A handful of raisins, marshmallows, walnuts etc (as we don't keep very bad things in the house!)…

So at 5'6" 137 is still awesome but I can see you are worried about the weight going up. Increase your calories by 100-200 a day so you aren't feeling quite so deprived, eat back your exercise calories and most importantly...remove whatever it is that you are binging on from your house. If it's not there to eat, you can't…

Hi, Welcome! Feel free to add me if you like. I had 33lbs to lose after Christmas and now only have 15 left...If I can do it, you can do it! Good luck!

Wow! Way to go!

Avoid anything that says fried or crispy etc. Have lean meat, preferably chicken breast or fish (without loads of sauce) DO NOT GET FRIES/CHIPS...just try to make good choices. You will feel so much better for it rather than having whatever you want because you don't want to feel like you're missing out (this is my biggest…

I think you've had your answer on this and I gather you feel cheated on. but here is my 2 cents worth... I'm on the fence about the porn thing. If it takes away from your sexual relationship then yes it's a problem. Live Cam I would say Yes, defininitely qualifys as cheating. He is INTERACTING with these women, it is no…

SW: 162.0 4/30: 157.4 Not 10lbs but pretty darn happy with the 4.6 I did lose!

I did 30 days in a row and was fine. I'm now going to start again and do shred, shred, cardio, shred, shred, cardio, rest. I'll probably also start biking to or from work (21km) as well. You need to listen to your own body. If it's hard on your knees mix it up a bit and compliment it with swimming or walking or something.…

For Dinner we all eat the same thing, as a family. Our son is 3 and he knows that this is what's to eat and he doesn't get anything else. If he doesn't want to eat it that's fine but he still has to sit at the table with us till we are done. Then we save it as the odd time he doesn't eat at all, he will be hungry later and…

4lbs in 26 days is a GREAT weight loss still. It's a very healthy rate. Right now it seems like it's going to take you FOREVER to lose the weight, but it didn't go on over night. These things take time and try to focus on how well you've done so far and and how much better you feel now than when you first started.…

Oh, that would be me! I'm on FB and MFP ALL DAY! (well except when I really need to focus and then I close my browser tabs  )

I did the 30 days in January and then i was using it for Cross training with my running but after my 10K on sunday I'm dropping my running down to 2 days a week and doing the Shred 2, cardio, shred 2, cardio, rest routine. Do we just do that for a month or actually count the shred days up to 30? I log it as Circuit…

I work full time at a desk job so my husband does most of the cooking and we have a cleaner so I definitely count the cleaning and cooking (and gardening) if I do it for more than an hour but I only count an hour as I think the calories are too high. But I only count it because it's not a regular thing.
