I love all the 'gross' stuff that has been listed so far but I hate... TOMATOES! I'll eat them cooked in a sauce or something but not raw or cooked chunky or in tomato form still. I can't stand watching anyone eat them, the smell and the texture and the taste. It just repulses me!

I have coffee once and a while as a 'treat' so I usually get my caffine fix from some sort of infused green tea. Less caffine but I hate to depend on it! Good luck!

I had 30lbs to lose...now about 20lbs and my husband who has always been overweight since I've known him (8 years) has just actively started using MFP! He's clueing in to what he should and should be eating and making much better choices. I hope this will help (both of us) to lose the weight we need. My son is only 3 and…

After a 5 year break I have started running again...and I'm no runner. I used to always 'plug in' when I went for a run but the only time I can fit a run in is at 5am before I go to work...It's dark and I don't feel safe being in my own little world so I started running 8 weeks ago, without plugging in. I do miss running…

Way to go! On day's like this I just try and get through today and then I'll deal with tomorrow later! All it takes is one small victory at a time!

I find that it is first on and last off. So my hips and thighs get the weight first and then my tummy and arms etc...and when I lose it it comes off my top half first and then my hips and thighs etc later... Where it comes off on you first will differ from everyone else...but think...where did you gain it first...that will…

Most people I've seen who have done this have lost only a handful of lbs. JM says in the 3rd level "If you are following our diet plan and completed levels 1 and 2 you should be seeing that six pack right around now". It is a great workout and especially if you are limited on time. I have no idea what the JM diet plan is…

10lbs in just over 4 weeks! YIKES! But I can do this! What an awesome challenge! Thanks!

you can add me (or I'll add you even!)! I'm a mum of one charming 3 yr old and I've started running 7 weeks ago and I have my first 5km in 4 (or is it 5!) years in two weeks time. I've been on MFP and I LOVE it. I'm finding it really helps especially as I had a road trip last week so I could see where I was going wrong!

I did it in January (I started on December 27) and what everyone is saying is true. Day one you feel like you are going to die, day two you are sore from day 1 and Day three not so sore but still feeling you can't continue...but...by Day 4...you think that you just might be able to do this...and then you move up to the…

I wish I had measured before I started my exercising and training in the end of December. I lost 3lbs on 30 Day Shred but I wasn't eating so well yet. I was a bit disappointed to be honest. The exercises are great though and I definitely feel stronger now.

I lost 3lbs doing the 30 Day Shred but have lost another 6 since I swap the shred with running. I'm only a beginner runner mind you so I don't go very far or very fast. But it seems like that extra cardio mixed in with the strength in the 30 Day Shred has really helped me to shift the pounds. Do you have access to an…

Yay You! I always feel SO proud of myself when I have little NSV like that! (Last Night DH asked me if I would like a slab, er I mean slice, of banana bread (chock full of butter and chocolate chips!). I was so happy that it wasn't difficult at all to say 'No thanks' and get myself a 20cal serving of jello instead!)

You could have a veggie chili after your work out. Easy to make ahead and freeze, all you have to do is pop it in the microwave or heat it up in a pot and you're eating a warm, satisfying meal in no time!

Knowing I was going to work out and nothing was going to stop me, I would tend to eat some of the calories before the work out and have something high protien afterwards. I never feel like eating anything heavy after a work out myself but the protien helps control the tummy growls and also to rebuild your muscles…

Normally I always say, if you're not hungry, then don't eat. You need to listen to your body. It is also possible that your counting is out a bit, it happens. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just as long as you remember to listen to your body!

This TOTALLY works! I saw this on pinerest and put our grapes and strawberries in the sink in the said vinegar solution. I then topped the strawberries and then put them back in the container with a bit of paper towl in the bottom to absorb any excess moisture. They lasted a week and not one went rotten! Yay!

Feel free to add me. I've been here for nearly 3 weeks now and have lost 4lbs already! Yay! I live in Canada but lived in Herts for 8 years.

Anything stretchy gets washed normally but hung to dry (if my husband notices it). My socks get washed seperately on a hot wash to avoid getting any fungus infection.

Seriously? OMG! But whatever...clocks don't change till 2am on Sunday so as long as you don't eat between 2-3 or 1-2am (where ever the hour is lost) your golden! ;)

Heaviest (non-pregnant) - 173lbs (just after this past Christmas) Current - 167lbs (back to pre-Christmas weight) Goal - 140lbs I'm 5'6" I've never reached my goal...the closest I got was 144lbs...and put it back on again. and lost it and gained it and lost it and gained it...

Try reading 'Fast Food Nation'. It's a bit of a slog to get through it...but if you knew what your fast food went through to get to you...It may help you resist the temptation a bit better. I read it and have cut WAY down on my fast food intake. (I think I had 1 A&W burger about 6 weeks ago...) Also...try one day at a…

Try your best to ignore it. Jealous, yes...but they're also not used to seeing you this way. You're doing great! Keep up the good work!
