Maybe you could look under some of the prepared broths and use them as a guideline since it's hard to count. Even if it is close, it's better than not counting at all.

Personally I really enjoy the Carnation instant breakfast, sugar free variety and add a scoop of unflavored/unsweetened protein powder to it to up my protein intake. You can also add 1/2 a banana or 1 Tbsp peanut butter for variety.
