Definitely ask your primary care doctor for a nutritionist referral. More than likely they'll ask for a food diary. You will need to watch sugar intake. Sugars are hidden in fruits, smoothies , simple carbs like pasta, breads etc. Good luck!

Try meal prepping on weekends, this way you have more free time during the week. Also, maybe focus on gym time on weekends when you aren't working and keep up cardio during the week. Since deficit is all about the week vs. Daily deficits. Good luck, you will figure it out:)

Well, never met a cookie I didn't like! But I love the WHOLE FOODS, OATMEAL CHOC CHIP COOKIES, FRESH BAKED!! Evil! I fooled around and asked the baker for the nutritional info, I knew it couldn't be anything good!! Sure enough...awful!! So, I just get 2 and try not to bash both on the way home! lol!! Love them!

Nice act! During the Georgia recent ice and snow storm I de-iced a neighbors car and salted her drive way and let neighbor across street use my salt too. At office de-iced two cars, I was a busy bee! Lol! Feels good to lend a hand when u can.a small act goes a long Ways!
