I actually just bought one with a built in bra...Denver Hayes brand and I reallly like it...super comfortable and still supportive!!

Was up 3lbs....not what I was hoping for at all, feel rather discouraged and very disappointed with myself as I had a very successful first month on MFP. I am pleased to see that others had a some great results though. Way to go!

I am in until the end of this month..

I think you have beautiful eyes!

Bon Jovi "It's My Life" Techno version....It has a great tempo for walking and very motivating lyrics.

Definitely not alone...I started at 298 lbs...not sure what I am currently because I am doing the no scale April challenge...but was at 211 before starting it. It took me about 2.5 years to lose but admittedly haven;t been as dedicated as others here have been.

I agree with what the others have said. Due to my apparently increased health risks my crazy doctor put me on medication, extremely limited diet and reduced caloric intake, few years ago. I did manage to lose about 30 lbs but got ill in the process. After about 6 months I went off the doc's plan and have since lost another…

The increased energy....it feels like such a great achievement to actually interact and play with my granddaughters rather than sitting on the park bench watching them....I am able to lift them on my shoulders and carry them, I am able to climb up the slide at the park and even jog with them.

All I can say is WOW...60-80 calories burnt per orgasm ...guess there are times that it is good to be a woman afterall!

The last 2 days have been really tough because I feel as though I might have gained weight. Working hard to remember that I can't rely solely on the number on the scale to boost my confidence, or, self image. I pushed myself to do some strength exercises this morning and actually feel a whole lot better.

There have been many rude comments but the one that always stands out as the most humiliating..The odd thing is that when this happened I wasn't even close to my heaviest weight....My mother and I were out for a walk one evening when this young guy yells from across the street...."Holy **** its a beached whale! Someone get…

It was my granddaughter's birthday today with dinner out at her favorite restaurant--therefore I already super indulged in all the, apparently, forbidden foods. I have said it before, I will say it again, I do my best and that's all I can do. I am not going to deprive myself 100% because ultimately, this is about lifestyle…

Way to go!

Here is my reality---- As selfish as it is--- My well being and personal weight loss goals were and still are my only reason for having joined MFP. While, I do actually appreciate the wealth of knowledge and information provided, I think that allowing myself to worry too much about others opinion of me, or what I am…

The primary form of exercise for me over the past two years has been walking; however I did notice that my muscles did not really start to tone up until I recently began doing strength exercises, and yoga.

In the past 2.5 years but I have lost the current combined weight of all 3 of my grandchildren. I am going for the Complete Oxford Dictionary...wow that's a pretty heavy book.
-
Today I am feeling rather uncomfortable with myself and desperatel want to weigh myself...but I am trying to keep myself busy and not give into the negative feelings.

Ice cream is my #1 guilty pleasure......

My biggest reward will hopefully be seeing my weight go under 200 lbs for the first time in more than 15 years. My daughter bought me a pair of size 16 jeans that 'almost' fit when I tried them on last week...my goal is to be able to fit them comfortably by the end of the month.

In the past I found that stepping on the scale too often ended up being quite a hindrance and somewhat discouraging over time. This time around my daughter and I are on the weight loss journey together. Our agreement has been to weigh in once a week on Friday mornings. I get a little bit impatient but it is nice to have…

I agree with what some of the others have said about potentially under eating and considering a slight boost in your caloric intake a bit. Personally, my allowable daily calories is 1350 but I almost always go over that. Another thing that most people might not agree with is this....Part of the reason I decided to pursue…
