I have 5 dogs, 4 vicious pit bulls and the most dangerous of all is my Yorkie, lol. Love my babies:happy: I just hate they have such a bad rap. They are the biggest babies so sweet.

I'm not a big salad lover but when i do have my favorite consist of baby spinach, grilled chicken, reduced fat feta cheese, craisins. a chopped Fuji apple. I mix red wine vinegar with some evoo and I'm in heaven.

I like to eat it with fruit, pineapples are my favorite. I also love it with a whole wheat waffle I spread it on and add some sugar free jelly to it as well, quick and easy breakfast on the run.

I love Greek yogurt I first started with nonfat flavored Greek yogurt. Now I just eat plain Greek yogurt and add fruit to it.

workout 4 has been my favorite so far, one more week and I'll be done with phase 1. So excited can't wait until it get more challenging. I'll also be increasing my weight to 15 lbs can't wait to see the results.

I love insanity, I have done it 3 times and seem to keep going back to it. Once you do all other cardio seems too easy. The first two week are difficult but after that your get conditioned to Shaun T beating,lol. It does not get easier, but well worth it.

Big difference, but it may also be the way I interact with people as well now too. I'm more out going, I'm not a hermit crab anymore. I am being noticed more however people seem to be more polite with me as well.
