When i was doing it I was around 145lbs and wearing my HRM I would burn about 220 calories.

I sometimes wonder how the hell I've lost all my weight with all this false information around. Damn them, how very dare they
-
Bless you!:flowerforyou: That was a very brave thing to do. Not for us, but for you. You CAN do this! Stay strong, log on here everyday and get a good group of MFP friends for support. It won't be long before you're wowing us with your after picture! :drinker: I look forward it! Good luck

I had a similar problem recently. A friend at work told me her husband was eating 600 calories a day and that he'd lost loads of weight and was doing really well. I tried telling her (and the rest of the table) that this wasn't healthy or sustainable but it's so hard to tell people what they're doing is unhealthy when…

Bump for tomorrow.

You go girl! You look great, keep up the good work! :flowerforyou:

I don't know if it's entirely accurate (I have the polar FT4) but I go by it anyway. The way I see it is nothing is gonna be as close right?

Me too! I've been here a while now and have learnt to deal with it. The trick is to just ignore the trolls and focus on the many lovely people here that are willing to help :flowerforyou:
-
We are a funny bunch! But most of us are lovely!
-
Well it's totally worked for me! I've not any problems with the nutrition information, but I do wear a HRM to track calories burnt as the exercise database can be a little off. I think that's cos everyone's different though and burn at different rates. The advice, support and information on here is priceless in my…

Ooo I do have a gap! But seriously, I would say it's all about the individual. We're all different shapes, and all bloody lovely with it!

"standing up to check thigh gap"

I always feel really great! But then I only do what I enjoy, which is dancing. I'm not that good at it, but it's great cardio and loads of fun! Perhaps you need to find something which you can enjoy and won't find a chore, then you might feel better about it after?

I don't eat that well. I do eat fruit and veggies, and salad pretty much everyday, but I always have a "normal" dinner, and treat myself to snacks, although they are slightly better than what I was eating before. Baked crisps instead of full fat, low fat yoghurts and sweet treats low in calories. I usually eat back about…

Go indeed!! :drinker:

 me too!!!

I LOVE birds! Especially birds of prey. My fella and I had a day flying them last year. So beautiful. I hate big spiders, and wasps, they scare the cr@p outta me!!

So you're assuming? Why bother replying to the OP if you can't offer any constructive advice? Actually it incorporates strength training, ab work AND cardio.
-
Love love love it! It's a great workout that burns a fair few calories. I had good results from it. I'm now doing Ripped in 30 and hope to have great results from that too.

I want to look and feel great, for myself mainly, then my man, and also my 2 kids

Don't get on those scales, use a tape measure and measure yourself instead. But not everyday, once a week, or if you can hold out, once a fortnight.
