LOVE this thread!! My baby is called Beauty ( not my choice of name, she was a rescue!) she's a dark tabby and white, she's 11 yrs old and very naughty! but I love her very much and couldn't imagine life without a cat! she's sat next to me now, watching the cursor move on my netbook!

^this^ I got to my goal weight and still have that damn baby belly! My problem is I don't really wanna lose anymore as my legs are getting too skinny! My body seems to like taking from my legs and not my tummy! Grrr!

Wow, that's really generous of you! I'm getting married too and as money is tight, there's no way my guests are getting a gift! The meal and party will have to do!

They're jealous hun. Most of my friends and family have been great, but I have this 1 "friend" that is trying to lose with Weight watchers and it's just not working. She's refuses to listen to anyone's else's opinion and insists her way of doing things are right even though they're not working. She tries to tell me what…

I have a similar problem. I'm 2 lbs from my goal weight and I still feel like my tummy is too big although I have lost quite a few inches. I've lost a lot from my legs and I'm worried they're now too skinny :embarassed: I can't afford a gym membership so would appreciate any advice here. :ohwell:

I have to admit, it took me about a year to feel comfortable farting in front of my man, but now, we just laugh about it! He thinks it's hilarious! The way I see it is if you can't totally be yourself around someone you are in a long term relationship with, then who can you be yourself around? :drinker:

Agreed! That was what I was trying to say! You put it so much better!

Not meaning to be rude to the OP, but I have heard the heavier you are, the more calories you burn. This could explain the discrepancy?
-
I'm the same height as you, I weigh 141lbs and on average my Polar FT4 says I burn 220 calories doing Ripped.
-
I eat pretty much the same for breakfast and lunch, I always have something different for dinner though.
-
I think people say it's good for kids cos of the calcium? I love cheddar, but I don't eat it at all now. I'm not sure if it's bad for you, but I think it is quite high in calories.
-
Has anyone tried the foam blocks that fit together?
-
Aw babe  I'm so sorry if I've made you feel bad in anyway, ok, so I'm almost at my goal weight, but I still feel I've a long way to go in terms of fitness. You have been one of my best MFP friends, your support is amazing, I can't imagine doing this without you! I really hope people respond to your request, for all…

Thanks hun appreciate your reply

Wow! Great results! Your pictures have given me renewed hope. I'm really struggling with Ripped in 30. I got through 30 day Shred ok, but I'm finding Ripped REALLY hard! I'm on week 3, day 2. I was seriously thinking of giving up, but seeing what you have achieved has spurred me on! Thanks for sharing and many congrats on…
