Exercise mats?
Hey all! I'm about to invest in a better exercise mat than the one I have (the Argos value one!) I'm finding my back and hips are sore and i need a thicker, softer one. Can anyone recommend a really good one? Thanks! :drinker:

30 day shred - twice in 1 day?
Hi all. I was just wondering if anyone has ever done "30 day shred" twice in one day? I can't do it tomorrow as I'm out all day and am seriously thinking about doing it again this evening??? Is this a good idea, or should I just leave it til Sunday now? :indifferent:

Hi all. I was wondering what everyone's goals are for their height and age? I'm 5ft 9, currently weight 151lb (10 stone 11). I'm 39 and a size 14. I'd idealy like to be around 140lb (10 stone) and a size 12. Although, I'm really big busted (34H), so may have to still fit a 14 up top, and a 12 down below!! :laugh: I don't…

Burned calories?
Hi all, I'm pretty new to this and am a bit confused! Sorry if I'm being totally stupid (most likely!), but if I "earn" extra calories from excercise, should I be eating to this amount, or should I stick to the number as suggested by mfp?
