Hi all. I'm confused :ohwell: I hope you can help.
I've been calorie counting & exercising for 2 months now. The first month I lost about 9lbs. But then I gained a couple of pounds and since have dropped to losing around 0.8lbs a week.
Is this normal or should I consider upping my calories? I exercise 4-5 times a week, mainly cardio. My TDEE is 1570. I rarely eat that a day, and only eat back about half of my exercise calories.
I understand it takes time to reach my goal, but I'm just wondering if I'm going about it the wrong way? I would very much appreciate any advise you can give me. Thanks in advance, Sandra x

Your TDEE is 1570?
That seems extremely low.. you sure thats not your BMR?
.8 lbs is a great and very reasonable level to be losing at. This is not a quick fix fad diet.. its a slow and steady wins the race because it is sustainable...0 -

My TDEE is 2247. Sorry for the mistake! :blushing:
I have calculated my BMR on a different site, and it's 1456, quite a difference to what MFP has told me. :ohwell:0 -
