Today I realised I've gone down a bra size!! yay!!! Only bad thing is, my bras cost quite a bit, so gotta buy new ones now. :grumble: It's all good though!! :laugh:

Yes it works! I couldn't have lost weight without it. You do have to be totally committed though, decide to do it and stick with it EVERYDAY.

Wow! You're supportive. NOT! There are lots and lots of people on here who swear by Jillian Michaels DVD's and have had a lot of success with them, myself included. Why are you even posting on this thread if you choose to be so negative. The OP is comitted to this workout so what you have said is irrelivant. :angry:

Are you logging all the exercise on MFP? If you are, it will re-calculate your calories to include eating those burned. Fuel your body, it'll thank you in the end!! :happy:
