  • I also just got hooked on spin class! I was worried about my legs bulking up but I have noticed that the spin 'veterans' don't have bulky legs, I'm sure some of it has to do with genetics but I don't think your going to get body builder legs from spin class:)

  • To add one more thing to my rant: if you are able to find the time ( even once in a while) by splitting your cardio into 2 parts morning and little walk at night, or splitting up weights and cardio through out your day, you keep your metabolism up longer:)
