Do you log your exercise calories? If you burn off ALL your calories its exactly the same as not eating anything for the day.
-
Yes, you eat back the calories after exercise if you are already eating at a deficit. If MFP tells you that you should eat 2000 calories based on your height/weight/activity level and you are planning on losing weight then you should eat around 2000 calories a day. If you exercise these calories off, you are eating less…

Paris baguette has salads and sandwiches that aren't half bad. You can also buy chicken in bulk at costco and just make your own food. Also, try EVERYthing. Maybe you don't like most korean food but theres bound to be something you enjoy. Have you tried: *mandu *tuna kimbap *gamjatang *jajjangmyeon (not technically Korean…

I honestly don't think the marriage is fix-able because it seems like you settled to begin with. Your daughter is right, you deserve someone better, but first and foremost you needed to pick up the pieces from your previous marriage before settling for this guy. I know you have a hard time with confrontation but I promise…

I'm going to go ahead and safely say that no one burned 1000 calories doing 1hr of Zumba.

You....you are funny.

Either you are eating more or its water weight (the latter most likely). There is zero (ZERO) chance that ANY cardio workout program MADE you put on weight.

Exactly what I did haha. I could care less who they're swindling. I lost weight with Insanity and still do it every week.

I bought the peanut butter chocolate quest bars and REALLY loved them... Then I bought a few boxes of other flavors and they are still sitting in my cupboards because theyre just GROSS. I would only recommend the PB chocolate flavor.

This post was so...irrelevant... Standard of male attractiveness is completely different from female attractiveness (generally speaking) so DUH you don't want to be "skinny"... There are PLENTY of men with image issues, most are just not vocal about it. There are also plenty of WOMEN with absolutely zero body image issues,…

Probably broke her account from eating too few calories.

Did someone say....creepy?

Cold turkey! It was only hard for the first week. Think of it as a challenge. After the first week if you have a coke every once in a while its NBD, but don't buy them for your home (only restaurants, etc.). I didn't quit coffee though, so that was my "flavor" beverage.

OMGOMG its like i found my twin!!! I fit ALL your criteria!!!! YAY NEW FRIEND!!!>.....aw wait...whoops... I dont have blue eyes :/
-
So you are planning on eating at a deficit your whole life?
-
I have only ever "hated" on a person eating 1200 calories, doing HOURS of cardio, and not eating back the calories. If you are netting 1200 successfully and not starving then more power to ya!

Read....the words....in the post....lol Legit post OP!

My trick for the first few weeks was to keep the video running even when im completely done. I would either do planks, stretches, or some other moderate exercise during the last half so I didn't feel like I "gave up". Definitely keep doing it! p.s. someone uploaded the videos to youtube if you wanna see what its all about…

Its cute. Just a bit naive.

It might be vanity sizing, it might not. You are still that size :flowerforyou:

If you posted a title that said "Favorite Potato Recipes!?" and someone said "Don't use potatoes, use [insert vegetable here] because its better for you" don't you think it comes off as just a tad snooty? Smiley face or not :) Either way if someone disagrees with you doesn't mean they HATE you and think you are wrong. I'm…

Kimchi, mushrooms, can of spicy tuna and poach an egg in it at the end!!! You can add a bit of the spice packet but the kimchi and spicy tuna will flavor the broth :D p.s. best ramen to use for this is Shin Ramyun from the international foods aisle

The more I read the more I'm convinced that none of this ever happened

It sounds like you do not know your wife...or women for that matter.....Have you even talked to her about this? Or anything? You are speaking about her like she is a child who you need to compliment for "positive reinforcement". Just...wow.
